Staff and trustees at Bristol After Stroke were delighted to return from the Easter holidays to find two generous grants and donations from local charitable organisations the Grateful Society and Bristol Round Table, totaling £3000. Thank you very much to them - a flying start to the new financial year!
As a small independent local charity, Bristol After Stroke has to fundraise annually for more than half of the funding we need to run all our services. We are delighted to be supported by the Grateful Society and Bristol Round Table again as both charitable organisations have been generous to Bristol After Stroke in past years. Such repeat donations are essential for the on-going financial stability and sustainability without which we will not be able to be here for stroke affected people in the future.
