United Hospitals Bristol Trust Stroke care team are holding a online event on Wednesday 12th May as part of the Stroke Awareness Month, this event is to raise awareness of the impact of Stroke on Individuals and their families across Bristol & North Somerset

We are excited to be part of the panel of health professionals who are going to talk through each stage of the experiences of a stroke patient – from spotting the symptoms, arrival in hospital and diagnosis, different treatments that might be needed, and finally looking at the support that patients can access after leaving hospital. This will be followed by a Q&A session so that people can ask any questions they might have.

The event, Health Matters: Stroke Awareness, is at 3pm-4.30pm on Wed 12 May.
