Are you interested in taking part in Walking Netball for Stroke affected People?

Starting: Mon 15th January – weekly until 25th March.

Time:  11am -12pm (1 hour)

Cost: £4 a week

What is Walking Netball? 

- Walking Netball is a modified version of the traditional game of netball that is fully inclusive. It is played at a walking pace, making it accessible to anyone regardless of their gender, age, fitness level, ability or previous netball experience. The rules of the game are slightly tweaked to make it more friendly and inclusive. 

- The sessions will be run by a qualified netball coach who will adapt the sessions depending on disability or individual need.

- No Experience needed. 

- Supported by volunteers.

- We have 14 spaces available – so if you are keen to attend please email [email protected] to get a place.

- We appreciate that for some people it might be their first group exercise they have done since they've had their stroke so if you have any worries or concerns please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
