Announcing the details of this year’s Wellbeing Day!

Theme: Finding Your Feet After Stroke
Time & Date: 10am – 2.30pm, Friday 25th October 2024
(Refreshments available and stands open from 9.00am)
Venue: Oatley Hall, St Monica Trust, Cote Lane, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol BS9 3UN

After the huge success of our previous Wellbeing Days, we’re looking forward to another action-packed event with a really exciting agenda.

As well as volunteers with lived experience talking about what has helped them on their road to recovery, we’ll have a panel of expert professionals talking about living well after a stroke and answering your questions.

Other topics include:
•    Looking forward to getting older – how can we challenge negative stereotypes?
•    Harnessing your creativity to help with aphasia
•    Can music support rehabilitation after a stroke?
•    How people with lived experience are shaping stroke recovery in our region

It’s all set to be a really informative, interactive and stimulating day – so do join us. Tickets are free, and you can book places by emailing [email protected] or by phoning 0117 964 7657.
