Assessing your needs after stroke

If you are referred to us, or approach us for support, you will be provided with tailored support from the Bristol After Stroke team. You will be given a named Key Workers. Your Key Worker will contact you for an introductory conversation about your needs, feelings and aspirations following your stroke, and how we can best support you in your recovery.
